Gestalt was founded in 2021 by independent visual artists in Hamburg.
The team had collaborated on numerous projects for many years before they felt the need for a creative hub and production house that could harness their distinctive visual style and artistry.
Gestalt Studio is located in the heart of Hamburg “Schanzenviertel” and the objective is to deliver more efficient, freelance-based and flexible workflows, combined with genuine creative teamwork, all under one roof.
We are many. Always evolving and continuously exploring new collaborators, we have access to a wide range of individual creatives, artists, and production specialists. As a fluent and organic collective, we are driven by a clear visual goal—one that allows us to adapt and innovate.
At the heart of Gestalt-Studio is our core team of independent creatives, based in our studio in Hamburg. This team ensures that every project will be handled and developed creatively in a professional way. With expertise in various disciplines, we provide tailored solutions while maintaining a flexible, collaborative approach.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
We collaborate closely with our clients to create refined concepts and visual narratives. Our portfolio includes successful partnerships with renowned brands such as Montblanc, Armani, BMW, Marc Cain, Grohe and more. This collaborative approach allows us to craft distinctive visual stories in direct partnership with our artists, resulting in a unique and efficient creative experience.
PRODUCTION & EXECUTION
Through our in-house production company, ON-Creatives GmbH, we have the capability to carry out video and photo productions internally, granting us complete control over our clients’ resources and creative guidelines. With a team of internationally experienced producers, we have the expertise to make any creative vision a reality.
3D & CGI EXPERTISE
Housed in our shared office space, our CGI artists specialized in producing top-tier product renderings that have garnered global recognition. As a vital part of Gestalt’s creative collective, our CGI artists enable us to breathe life into ideas and concepts that would be otherwise impossible to shoot in camera.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Since 2021, we at Gestalt have delved deeply into the realm of AI-Generated Imagery, with a particular focus on creating enviroments that would be too expensive to execute in 3D/CGI. We integrate A.I. imagery into our workflow to enhance our clients’ creative freedom while streamlining a more cost- and time efficient process. This opens up a new world of possibilities for product-focused visual storytelling.

Jan Elsner and Andreas Bönighoff, known for their distinctive animation style for perfumes and luxury brands, have just released their latest work for Giorgio Armani. This new piece was created for Armani's digital campaign, adding to their growing reputation in the luxury branding world.

‘WHAT MAKES YOUR HEART BEAT‘
A total of 4 films directed and creatively developed by Omid Aghdami for Braun’s digital campaign “shave forward”.
The campaign was developed together with Artus and was aiming to portrait young and inspiring influencers by telling their stories through captivating imagery.

LIXIL GLOBAL DESIGN, THE CREATIVE ARM OF JAPANESE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER LIXIL, ASKED US TO CREATE A GLOBAL DESIGN SHOWREEL THAT SHOWCASES THE WORK OF ITS AWARD-WINNING DESIGN TEAM. IT WAS SHOT IN 5 DIFFERENT COUNTRIES IN THE COURSE OF 3 MONTHS. ALL CGI, PRODUCTION, CREATIVE DIRECTION AND DIRECTION BY GESTALT.
